This year’s FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHY AWARDS is pleased to nominate Rich Smukler of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida as a nominee is the category of Architecture for his image entitled “REBORN”. According to Smukler, this piece depicts the Freedom Tower, also known as One World Trade Center, located in lower Manhattan, New York City, which now sits where the Twin Towers once dominated.
